bronze package 

researching paternal or a maternal line

Our Bronze package is our starting point and will include census information along your chosen direct line (or line of your choice). In most cases, this can be achieved back to 1841. We do incorporate three certificates in the set packages and In some case we may need to order extra certificates to establish the correct line we are following. Should the research require more, then we would always seek approval before continuing.

Any documentation accrued during the research will be included in the package presentation. The Bronze package is presented in a loose leaf folder or can be provided in digital format, but of course each case varies depending on the individual. 

silver package

researching both paternal and maternal lines

Our Silver package will take your family history further into the past. Following two direct lines (or lines of your choice). In most cases this will include extended family and siblings where possible. We will endeavour to include such information as births, marriage and deaths and this may require ordering up to six certificates to substantiate our findings. Should the research require more, then we would always seek approval before continuing.

We will only construct a family tree using certified and cited information. The Silver package will also include researching parish registers to push the history even further back.

Our findings are then presented in both digital and loose leaf folder, also included is a digital industry standard GED file. Our Silver package can make an ideal gift and can also be presented in a variety of gift formats, just ask for further details of these options. 

gold package

researching paternal, maternal and all extended family

Our Gold package follows two direct lines of your choice (or lines or your choice) including a minimum of six certificates. (In the event of more certificates being required, limits and costs will always be agreed beforehand). All research will only be based on certified and cited information. There will be some logical inclusions without supporting evidence, but these will only be included if an acceptable degree of connection is discovered. Within the Gold package we may include some other features like military history associated with a family member, any emigration that may have taken place, detailed information on persons of special interest and also the inclusion of some social history to help put the lineage into context. 

We also offer payment plans and incremental stages or research for this package, If starting with a Bronze Package, research can be tailored towards a natural progression onto Silver and then Gold. This would also be a excellent way to spread any costs and build a full picture gradually.

Conditional Terms - (individual packages). Rest assured, you are always in control of any research we undertake, therefore you are always in control of any costs. We do not use hourly charges in out set packages, thus eliminating any pressure and allowing accurate and complete research. You may find during the course of our packaged research, you may wish to concentrate on a particular subject or item. Should this be the case then perhaps selecting from our more specialsed type of research options may suit you personal requirements, any specialised reseach may be charged using a hourly rated scheme.

(Due to the extensive nature of research, we would estimate a minimum one month for the completion of the basic Bronze package and therefore a minimum cost is applied, details to be arranged in commencement of any research task.)
